Krista Weber
Associate
Krista Weber joined Heritage Consulting Group in 2006 as an Associate. Ms. Weber graduated with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design, earning a bachelor of fine arts degree in historic preservation. She gained valuable preservation field experience including surveying and documenting for Daufuskie Island Historical Foundation in South Carolina and researching the World Monuments Nomination of Wormsloe Plantation in Georgia.
Krista has experience working with various historic house museums and historical societies, including the Juliet Gordon Low Birthplace House Museum in Savannah, Georgia. She also gained valuable curatorial and archival knowledge during an internship at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis.
Since joining Heritage, Krista's preservation experience includes writing Federal Historic Tax Incentives applications, National Register nominations, and HABS Reports. Specific projects include the Gerber Building in Portland, Oregon, and the Caswell Building in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a member of the California Preservation Foundation, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and Sigma Pi Kappa, the honor society for historic preservation.
