Heritage Consulting Group shepherded the renovation of this GSA- owned National Historic Landmark as the Kimpton Hotel Group adapted the building into a luxury hotel. The Hotel Monaco became the fist GSA historic building to utilize the federal investment tax credits for historic preservation.

Nines Hotel and Macy's Department Store
