Originally a shopping center and then the home of a bank, this striking Flemish-Gothic building is being redeveloped by Mika Realty into commercial space.

Industrial

220 Water Street, GDC Properties, New York, NY

This four-story Brooklyn building, formerly a shoe manufacturing facility for the Hanan and Son Shoe Company, is being redeveloped for residential use.

Hotel

Hotel Monaco (Tariff Building), Kimpton Group, Washington, D.C

Heritage provided tax credit consulting on this project, which transformed an 1842 post office into a luxury boutique hotel.

Complex

Liggett & Myers Complex, Blue Devil Ventures, Raleigh, NC

This former tobacco manufacturing facility, comprised of seven buildings and located in the heart of downtown Durham, is being transformed into housing.

LEED-certified

National Guard Armory Annex, Gerding-Edlen Development,
Portland, OR

Once a National Guard training facility, this warehouse-like structure now houses the Gerding Theater and Portland Center Stage.

Military

Gulfport Veterans Administration Medical Center, HRI, Gulfport, MS

Heritage provided consulting on financial incentives for redeveloping this vast complex, which suffered extensive damage during Hurricane Katrina.

Affordable Housing

Martha Washington, Winkler Development, Portland, OR

Built in 1923, this former residential hotel is being redeveloped into affordable housing by developer Jim Winkler and Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare.
