Receive expert guidance through state and local design review processes

Work performed on many historic building preservation and renovation projects is subject to review by state or local design review boards.  Design review boards evaluate proposed changes to historic buildings and whether they adequately preserve the historic nature of the property in accordance with state or local historic preservation laws. The Heritage Consulting Group serves as a consultant to clients undergoing the often challenging design review process, and acts as an advocate in meetings and negotiations with the review boards.
