Project Details

Drayton Towers was constructed in 1951 and is one of Savannah’s most highly regarded examples of mid-century architecture.  When completed, the building held the distinction of being the second tallest building in Savannah and the first building in the state to be fully air conditioned.  The building was recently rehabilitated for commercial use on the first floor with modern loft-style apartments on the upper floors.
